Kale Kponee: I've started this blog as a way to inspire others in the path to holistic health. Since my move to Boston about a year ago I have gained 90 lbs through reckless eating and inconsistent exercise. This is an attempt to get back on track and finish off my weight loss journey. This blog is an effort to keep my accountable in my journey to self-actualization through physical, spiritual and intellectual fitness. From the physical standpoint, in over 2 years. I've also defeated type 2 diabetes. From the intellectual and spiritual standpoint I hope to be attune to myself, inside and outside. I want to stuff my brain with knowledge, and I want to use all my experiences to mold myself into the best me that I can be. I hope this blog will inspire others to work to better themselves in all aspects of their lives.
