Good Morning My fellow fitness and health enthusiasts!
Today is starting off to be great day indeed! I've already gone on a 90 minute run and I plan on biking to work which will put me at about 1440 calories burnt per my hrm. I woke up at 6:45am today to start my run and it was definitely a challenge to get going, but I feel that I am all the better for it. The reason behind that morning run was due to the fact that I am meeting up with some friends for a free jazz festival in the park today and I knew that if I didn't go in the morning I wouldn't go at all.
Per my calorie diary, I am set to consume 1441 calories today, and I've already started up with a filling protein and fiber packed breakfast, consisting of oatmeal and a spinach/egg omelet that totals only 322 calories pictured below.
I will continue to check in through out the day both to post some motivational images, as well as to keep you all updated as to how I am feeling. The end of today will be my 5th day without purging or overly binging and I hope to keep that spell going through accountability and self-control.
