I consumed about 1800 calories give or take and burned about 1,111 calores (per my hrm) running for about an hour and 15 minutes and doing some squats and other exercises...I am now eating a bowl of oatmeal and some cocoa roast almonds at 8:51 pm...and feeling quite proud of myself..1800 calories is a bit too much for what I usually eat, but that's because I woke up in the morning feeling sorry for myself and pigged out on biscotis. Thank goodness I got a wake up call and didn't ruin my whole day.
Today was also a great run for me, I was able to run at a good pace and not be too tired, and still have enough energy to get home and do some squats.

http://www.twohundredsquats.com/week1.html I plan on alternating between squats and sit-ups after my workouts.
Me before my workout today..sans the bloating I'd say I'm about 230 lbs. Another day another Journey...
