On January 1st 2013: 263.2 lbs
Today: January 3rd, 2013: 260.6 lbs
3 lbs in about 2 days...although this isn't really reflective of everything...I plan to weigh in on the 8th officially to see how much I"ve really lost.
What I have eaten today:
Woke up too late to eat break fast so I chugged water and some 0 calorie tea
Lunch: Shredded chicken breast (8 oz) salad with a mixture of spinach (lots), a whole apple cut into bits (to serve as my dressing), and some very very light Kraft sundried tomato dressing.
Total of 500 calories, and about 22 carbs, and 30 g protein
3-4 pm Snack: 1 whole sweet potato (boiled), and chobani strawberry banana greek yogurt-340 calories
Dinner: Better than eggs substitute, scrambled with a can of starkist tune, and whole boiled plantain. 467 calories, 40 grams of protein
I will most likely have a 200 calorie snack for a total caloric intake of 1600 calories.
I will also be going boxing tonight for about a 830 calorie burn (per my heart rate monitor).
