WHO DO I WANT TO BE THROUGHOUT 2013

IT IS JANUARY 1, 2013 

I WEIGH 263.2 LBS

I AM AFRAID FOR MYSELF, I AM AFRAID FOR MY HEALTH...I AM DISAPPOINTED AND I AM ASHAMED...

YET I AM HOPEFUL...

I woke up this morning....instead of gorging out on left-over Chinese Food, I threw it away; whipped up a spinach detox smoothie; and made a serving of scrambled eggs.

I filled out my food journal for all I want to eat today....

I've made  goal for my water intake

I WILL NOT GIVE UP...I WILL NOT GIVE IN....I WILL STAY POSITIVE....I WILL WORK HARD...I WILL FIGHT FOR MY HAPPINESS...

MY GOAL FOR 2013 IS TO BE UNDER A SIZE 10....
MY GOAL IS TO BE UNDER 190 LBS
MY GOAL IS TO FINALLY FIND A BALANCE BETWEEN MYSELF AND FOOD
MY GOAL IS TO INCORPORATE PHYSICAL FITNESS INTO MY ROUTINE
MY GOAL IS TO STOP GIVING IN TO MY TEMPTATIONS

I REALIZE THAT LOOKING AT HOW MUCH IVE FALLEN AND HOW FAR I HAVE TO GO ONLY SERVES TO OCCLUDE ME FROM MY GOALS....

FOR 2013 I WILL MAKE MINI GOALS....IF I FALL I WILL GET UP 5X FASTER AND HARDER...I WILL GIVE UP THE MINI PLEASURES IN MY FACE NOW...SO THAT TOMORROW I WILL BE STRONGER AND HAPPIER...


GOAL FOR FEBRUARY 1, 2013-TO WEIGHT 249 LBS...THAT MEANS A 14.2 LB WEIGHT LOSS.

WEEKLY GOAL-I WILL WORKOUT AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK..AND HOLD MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE USING GYM-PACT

I WILL DRINK AT LEAST 10 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY.
