Today has been great, although I was rushing and barely made it to work, I still had time to grab and apple and a serving of peanut butter.
Lunch was brown rice and chicken tenderloins
Post/Lunch Snack will be a sweet potato
Dinner will be tuna, scrambled eggs, and chobani greek yogurt
I plan to go boxing today
Water intake is at 6 cups so far
NON SCALE VICTORY: A COWORKER WAS EATING SOME DELICIOUS AND BUTTER AND FATTY BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP FROM A RESTAURANT WITH SOME BREAD ANED COOKIES. SHE OFFERED ME ME SOME....
AND I SAID NO...AND WENT TO GET MY LUNCH...
Learning to say NO to food is a process indeed, and I believe once I get it all figured out it will become second nature....
Right now I feel content, comfortable and happy!!!
