MONDAY AM CHECK IN- PHASE 1 DAY 2

Good Morning and Happy Monday!!!!

I am feeling powerful today, confident and incredibly happy.

Today marks Phase 1 day 2 of my 21 day behavioral modification program in regards to clean eating and exercise.

I joined gym pact about a week ago, which is an app/online program where you pledge to exercise a certain amount of times a week, and put up money for each day missed.

This week I pledged to exercise 4x, and will be penalized $10 for each day missed. I plan on going boxing tonight, and continuing my healthy eating.

I woke up very late (not a morning person), running out for work so breakfast was an apple and peanut butter. Lunch is the same as yesterday sans the quinoa and a double portion of beans, dinner will be yogurt and chicken tenderloins, and my night snack will be 1/4 cup of oatmeal.

I am already on goal with my water at 4 cups of water so far, going for between 10-12 cups of water today.

The scale was incredibly friendly to me this morning, but I won't tell you all what I weigh untill next monday :)....but just a reminder...I woke up yesterday morning weighing in at 268 (WOWZERS).


Eating clean and exercising is no easy feat, but waking up the next morning and realizing that you made it through yesterday makes it worth it.
