FOR BREAKFAST I HAD OATMEAL WITH A TSP OF PEANUT BUTTER FOR ABOUT 230 CALORIES....-FINISHED MY BREAKFAST AT 10:15

DRANK 4 CUPS OF WATER SO FAR

GOAL: NOT TO EAT NEXT MEAL UNTIL 2:15 PM

GOAL 2: DRINK 2 MORE GLASSES OF WATER BY LUNCH

LUNCH: 1/2 CUP OF QUINOA-170 CALORIES
             4 OZ CHICKEN TENDERLOINS-100 CALORIES
           1/2 SWEET POTATO-100 CALORIES
          1/2 CUP BUSH'S RED KIDNEY BEANS-105 CALORIES

TOTAL: 475 CALORIES
