4TH OF JULY AM CHECK IN

Buenos Dias and Happy 4th of July.



This Morning I woke up and definitely did NOT feel like working out. My plan was to stay in bed all day and eat brownies. But I MADE myself wake up, lace up my shoes and go a 80/20 (walk/jog). An 80/20 walk/jog is when you follow the same jogging trail you usually do and instead of jogging the majority of the way, you walk the majority of the way. I spent 2 hours walking the trail today and burnt 1100 calories. 


When I got home, I still had a nice piece of brownie and some grapes, and was proud of myself for getting up and exercising.


DON'T LET THIS 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY BE AN EXCUSE FOR BINGING AND DEBAUCHERY.


You can have a burger, but instead of a burger and a hot dog, how about a burger and a salad and vice-versa.


Avoid all sodas, stick to youR water...and if you MUST have soda, have a diet soda.


Be MINDFUL of everything you are putting in your mouth, it would be a shame to push back all your hard work because you wanted to eat a few extra burgers.


HAVE FUN TODAY, JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE EATING HEALTHIER DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN'T INDULGE, JUST DON'T OVER-INDULGE. STILL MAKE SMART CHOICES!!!!
