MELON BERRY PARFAIT




160 Calories, 19g Protein, 16g Carbs, 4g Fiber, 0g Fat
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 Cup Watermelon
  • 1 Tbsp Blueberries
  • 1/3 Container Blueberry Chobani Yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup Sliced Strawberries
Directions:
  1. Mash down the watermelon and add it to the bottom of your parfait cup. Freeze for one hour. 
  2. Add blueberries and yogurt on top of frozen layer of watermelon.
  3. Top your parfait with sliced strawberries.
