THURSDAY AM CHECK IN

Good Morning!


Hope your 4th of July was a success and didn't leave you waking up with any regrets! This morning I went for a quick jog (because I really didn't feel like going and forced myself to go), and burned about 1025 calories


Yesterday I ate pretty healthily then went to the movies and had a giant pretzel and a medium slush; AND GUESS WHAT: I STILL LOST OUNCES ON THE SCALE THIS MORNING :). It was a special way to treat myself because I was craving it, and it goes to show that as long as you are willing to put in the work on the gym, a minor carb overload won't unravel all your progress.


Today I am back to 90% clean eating (I'm having a serving of brownie for my midday snack), and water guzzling. 


Breakfast: For Breakfast I had a serving of oatmeal and an egg and tomato omelet. 


Lunch: I plan to have a salmon salad with just greens, tomatoes, and light Parmesan cheese and a serving of grilled salmon.


Dinner: Dinner will be oatmeal and an egg omelet (what a variety :) ).


Snacks: Sweet potato, brownie, and blueberries.

Today I will:
