Hoozah!
The Sunday night temptation session is over! Just got back from aunt's house via my bicycle...I ended up burning about 600 calories (there and back) for a total of about 1900 calories burnt exercising today :)

So although I wasn't able to COMPLETELY resist temptation, I didn't BINGE eat at my aunt's house. I added 1/2 cup of her jollof rice to my lunch (since I burnt half of my quinoa by staying in the shower too long while it was cooking... yikes). And for a desert, I ate some delicious, sugary chocolate cake with frosting AND ENJOYED IT :). Instead of eating the sweet potato, I replaced that with the cake (not the best choice ever) to keep my calories in check. All together, I'd say that I consumed about 1700 calories, which was fine since I ended up burning almost 2000 calories today from exercise alone.
I am proud of myself for all my hard work today, and I look forward to my weigh in tomorrow...HOPEFULLY ITS SUCCESSFUL.
