TUESDAY AM CHECK IN!!!

Good Morning and happy Tuesday!!!


Today I woke up at 6:30 am to go on my 6 mile jog. For some reason I wasn't burning as many calories as I thought I should have so immediately after my run, I went on a 4 mile bike ride to the bike store to put air in my tires and to burn some extra calories. Pictured below are the results of my 2 hr 15 min workout this morning:
After my run, I had a wonderful and filling breakfast of oatmeal, and scrambled eggs with tomatoes (pictured below), and then I rode my bike to work for a total of 1710 calories burnt today from exercise. 

My Breakfast: 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup skim milk, 2tbsp carnation evaporated Milk, and Equal Sugar (153 calories). Crystal Farms better than eggs mix: 1/2 cup (60 calories) one roma tomato (35 calories)
Breakfast total (approx 250 calories).


Today I will:

Stay Disciplined
Stay in Control of My emotions
Stay Positive
Be proud of my achievements thus far
